Is my personal information safe?

All your personal data will be deemed and treated as confidential and kept safe, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018.

Can this coaching be a substitute for seeing my doctor?

I am not a doctor. As Ayurvedic health coach, I will ask you some medical questions over the course of the coaching process. However, it is not a medical consultation and does not replace seeking advice and medical checks with a health professional such as a doctor or nurse. If you have serious or new health concerns you must discuss these with your GP. These could include significant unexpected weight change, bleeding, fatigue, pain, and any other changes you are aware of, but cannot explain.

How about any diagnosed conditions I have?

If you are aware, or have been advised by any physician that you are suffering from any disease or disorder, you will undertake to disclose this information to your health coach before you begin any treatment. Ayurveda is not a replacement for medical treatment, and you should not modify or stop anything prescribed without consulting your medical practitioner.

What qualifications does my coach have?

Corinne graduated as a Health Coach in 2025 after studying the Ayurveda Health Coaching Diploma course 2023-2024 from the International School of Dru Yoga. Previously she had attended the pre-requisite Ayurveda Foundation course in 2021.

She graduated from a 200-hour accredited Dru Yoga Teacher training course between 2014 and 2016, and a 100-hours accredited Meditation Teacher course undertaken between 2017 and 2019.

Before gaining her first yoga qualification, she had been a yoga student for over a decade. Since then, she has qualified from various post-graduate courses, including Breath coaching in 2023, Back care and mental health in 2020, Spirituality of yoga, Vedic Astrology, and numerous CPD events and workshops. . She also gained a college qualification in Psychology and Counselling in 2021 and is a Reiki practitioner Level 2.

Will I benefit from this coaching?

The first session will establish whether, as your coach, I think we can cooperate efficiently and whether the coaching is likely to benefit you and improve your health. If you undertake the coaching with honesty and intention to work on the realistic changes agreed, the coaching is highly likely to bring some benefits to your health. Trust is a very important element of the coaching relationship and I ask of the people I am intending and undertaking to help to be honest and willing to change to promote the best outcome and satisfaction for both parties.

Are the classes and private sessions safe?

Dru yoga and health coaching methods and practices are very highly safety-orientated and have been designed with safety in mind. The Health coaching training included a qualified GP and experienced tutors, and a high focus on scope of practice. Each individual student and coachee is invited to take responsibility of their own health but will be supported fully by the safe practices and regular reviews and checks during the classes and coaching process.
