Ayurvedic Health Coaching Consultations

Through a series of 3 consultations, we will look at what your dominant dosha (constitution) is, and where imbalances may be affecting your body and mind. We will work together on a holistic Health plan, based on what the research has established as being the issues to target (sometimes different from ones you have been identifying), and based on your current lifestyle. The plan will fit your life and has every chance of bringing the health improvement results you are looking for.

Do you think you know how to breathe?

Do you know that learning simple breathing techniques can help you better handle any situation, any time, and anywhere? It can give you energy or calm your body and mind in a matter of minutes. A few breath coaching sessions are enough to learn how to control your nervous system, your emotions, fill yourself with energy, calm or balance when and where you need it.

One-to-one Dru Yoga

Dru Yoga is a flowing, gentle yet powerful yoga that encourages you to focus on your own physicality and feelings, with gentle and flowing movements, stretches, postures and unique and beautiful Dru sequences guided by breath. It is accessible and suitable to all abilities and levels of fitness, and concludes with a deeply restorative relaxation session. One-to-one sessions are an amazing way to enjoy powerfully personalised yoga and target precisely at each session the areas of the body or mind you wish, or need, to work on. They also can be organised for small or larger private groups and for social or corporate events.

Yoga for back care

Back Care series delivered one-to-one

This series of classes is specifically designed to help people manage most of common back pain issues with a view to improving symptoms. It will require filling a safety questionnaire to confirm eligibility, and is open to people wanting to try a therapeutic and targeted form of yoga. Some specific back conditions will require assent from a GP. It has been designed by medical professionals and delivered safely by a specially qualified and accredited teacher. Some personalised home exercises will be included.

Relaxation, Breathing and Meditation – private sessions

The relaxation, breathing and meditation sessions are designed to isolate and reset your body and mind over the course of an hour. They are deeply restorative and can give you powerful techniques to practise meditation and breathing exercises in your own time and space, where and when you feel you need support, and take better control of your emotions and reactions to life’s events.

Yoga for Menopause – One-to-one or small private groups

Specifically aimed at women looking to gain menopause relief and better control of symptoms associated with peri-menopause and menopause. The Yoga for Menopause sessions focus on helpful movements, sequences and breathing techniques and include discussion and supportive advice about nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and other helpful menopause and peri-menopause support.
