What equipment do I need to bring?

A yoga mat (unless provided at the venue) a blanket for relaxation, and a drink of water (can be warm) are recommended. You can also bring a cushion for support during relaxation.

What should I wear?

Loose-fitting, comfortable clothing with layers for the cold and for relaxation, and non-slip socks if feet get cold. Avoid big meals before a class.

What should I expect in a Dru Yoga class?

Warmup, EBR sequence, posture work, breathing techniques, and a guided relaxation.

Is Dru Yoga suitable for everyone?

Yes, in a Dru yoga class, people are encouraged to listen to their own body. It is accessible to everyone and modifications are suggested throughout the class for people with varying levels of flexibility, fitness and different needs.

What techniques are used to promote wellbeing?

Flowing movements with breathwork, stretching, relaxation and meditation.

What benefits does Dru Yoga offer?
